Founded in 1936 as Ottawa Bus Service, Inc., Crossroad Tours is one of the longest-running, family-owned transportation companies in the Kansas City area. For over 90 years we've built our reputation one trip at a time — serving the businesses, schools, sports teams, and families who call this region home.
When the Kansas City Chiefs won Super Bowl LIV, five Crossroad Tours buses were waiting at the airport. We brought the team and the Lombardi Trophy to Union Station for the victory parade.
Today we proudly serve Baker University, Ottawa University, and organizations across the KC metro. Our focus has sharpened around premium Prevost motorcoach service — because after 90 years on the road, we know exactly what great charter travel looks like.

Dan Newby has dedicated his career to building one of Kansas City's most reliable charter transportation services. As the owner of Crossroad Tours, he's a hands-on operator — the kind who knows every bus in the fleet and every road in the region.
