Vintage Trolley Rental in Kansas City
An authentic Supreme Classic American trolley, oak interior and brass railings, for the most photographed ride of your wedding day. Heated, air-conditioned, and ready to roll around town.

The Real Thing, Not a Replica
Most trolleys you will find around Kansas City are modern, rubber-tired replicas dressed up to look old. Ours is a genuine Supreme Classic American in original condition: a true oak interior, polished brass railings, vintage lighting, and arched etched-glass windows. It is the difference your photographer, and your guests, will notice.

Your Wedding's Best Entrance
Between getting ready, the ceremony, the photos, and the reception, the trolley carries your bridal party in something worth remembering. It pulls up like a scene, holds the whole party in one place, and gives your photographer a backdrop that does half the work.
Pair it with a hotel-to-venue guest loop so out-of-town family arrives together, and nobody has to drive home after the toast.

Every December, the trolley becomes a moving front-row seat to the Plaza lights and Kansas City's best neighborhood displays. The cabin is heated, the windows are big, and a cooler of something festive is welcome on board.
It is a favorite for family traditions, company holiday parties, and group outings. December weekends are the first to go, so reserve early.

Vintage Trolley Questions, Answered
How much does it cost to rent the trolley, and is there a minimum?
We book the trolley by the hour, with a minimum on weekend dates. Your number depends on the hours, the route, and the season. Tell us your timeline and we will give you one all-in figure that covers the driver, fuel within the metro, and taxes. No hidden fees.
Does it seat 26 or 32 passengers, and which fits my group?
Both options exist. If your party is under about 26, the smaller trolley feels right; for a full bridal party plus family, or a group up to 32, the larger one keeps everyone together in one vehicle. Tell us your headcount and we will match you.
Is the trolley heated for December lights and air-conditioned for a summer wedding?
Yes to both. It is fully heated for Country Club Plaza holiday-lights tours in December and air-conditioned for summer weddings and brewery days. You get the vintage look without the vintage drafts.
Can we drink on board? Is it BYOB?
It is BYOB for guests 21 and over. Bring a cooler with beer, wine, or seltzers in cans, and use plastic cups, no glass please. Let us know your plans when you book so we can set it up right.
Can we decorate it with flowers and a Just Married sign?
Absolutely. Flowers, ribbons, signs, and tasteful decor are all welcome. We just ask that nothing is attached in a way that marks or damages the original woodwork and brass. There is no surprise cleanup fee for normal celebration mess.
How many stops are included? Can you run a wedding guest shuttle?
We build the route around your day. That can mean photo stops at a few favorite spots, a loop between breweries, or a hotel-to-ceremony-to-reception shuttle so out-of-town guests never have to drive. If your guest list is larger than the trolley, we can pair it with one of our charter coaches.
Is there room for a wedding dress and train, and can older guests board easily?
Yes. The trolley has an open, gracious interior with room for a full gown and train, and the entry is friendly to heels and to older relatives. Our drivers are used to wedding-day timing and help everyone on and off with care.
How far in advance should I book a June wedding or a December lights tour?
Peak Saturdays book early. For a spring or summer wedding, or a December Plaza-lights weekend, we recommend reserving several months out. Prom and graduation weekends fill fast too. The sooner you check your date, the better your odds of locking it in.
Do you serve Overland Park, Olathe, Lee's Summit, Independence, and Lawrence?
Yes. The trolley is for local Kansas City events, and we pick up across Olathe, Overland Park, Lee's Summit, Independence, Lawrence, and the greater KC metro. It is built for around-town occasions, not long-distance trips.
Can I see photos of the actual trolley before I book?
The photos on this page are our actual trolley, inside and out, not stock images. What you see is what arrives: the green-and-red exterior, the oak interior, the brass railings, and the etched-glass arched windows.
Is it well-maintained and reliable so it won't break down on my wedding day?
We own and maintain the trolley ourselves and inspect it on a strict schedule. Your wedding is a once-in-a-lifetime date, and we treat it that way. Because we are a real local company with a full fleet behind us, you are never relying on a broker's borrowed vehicle.
Is it an authentic vintage trolley or a modern replica?
It is the real thing: a Supreme Classic American trolley in original condition, with a genuine wooden interior, brass railings, and vintage etched-glass windows. Many companies in the area run modern rubber-tired replicas. Ours photographs like the classic it is.
