Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Crossroad Tours ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

Services

Crossroad Tours provides motorcoach charter, group tour, and transportation services in the Kansas City area and beyond. Our services include but are not limited to athletic team transport, corporate event transportation, group tours, school charters, wedding transportation, and entertainment event shuttles.

All services are subject to vehicle availability and scheduling confirmation by Crossroad Tours.

Reservations & Payment

  • All reservations are subject to confirmation by Crossroad Tours and are not guaranteed until written confirmation is provided.
  • A deposit may be required at the time of booking. The specific amount will be communicated during the reservation process.
  • Final payment is due prior to the date of service unless other arrangements have been made in writing.
  • Pricing is based on the specific vehicle, itinerary, and duration of service requested.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies vary based on the type and scope of service booked. Please contact our team for specific cancellation terms applicable to your reservation.

Crossroad Tours reserves the right to cancel or modify service due to circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather, road closures, mechanical issues, or other force majeure events. In such cases, we will work to provide alternative arrangements or a refund as appropriate.

Passenger Conduct

Passengers are expected to conduct themselves in a safe and respectful manner at all times while aboard our vehicles. The following rules apply:

  • Passengers must remain seated while the vehicle is in motion and follow all instructions from the driver.
  • Smoking, vaping, and the use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited on all vehicles.
  • Consumption of alcoholic beverages is permitted only with prior written approval from Crossroad Tours.
  • Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during their charter.
  • The driver has the authority to refuse service to any passenger whose behavior poses a safety risk.

Limitation of Liability

Crossroad Tours maintains comprehensive insurance coverage as required by federal and state regulations. However, to the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Crossroad Tours is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • We are not responsible for personal belongings left on the vehicle.
  • Our liability for lost, stolen, or damaged baggage is limited as permitted by applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
